Umantex is very pleased to present the study and its survey, “The integration of sustainability in organizational innovation strategies, policies and practices “ initiated by Pink Innov’ and its partner Kedge Business school and on which umantex contributed.

The aim of this survey is :

• to give a footprint of innovation practices in corporate strategy ,
• to better understand the challenges and opportunities of integrating corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability into innovation,
• to capture COVID-19 pandemic impacts on organizational innovation strategy and practices.

This study embrace all forms of innovation and addresses some key strategic questions such as: How do organizations integrate and manage sustainability in their innovation strategy and priorities? What are the key drivers of sustainable innovation? What are the barriers to its integration? How has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted companies and their innovation strategies and practices?
